Polytetrafluoroethylene PTFE micropowder is a white free-flowing powder produced by atomic energy technology. It not only maintains all the original properties of polytetrafluoroethylene, such as high stability, resistance to strong acid and alkali, High temperature, low temperature, excellent lubricity, non-stickiness, etc. It also has many unique properties, such as no self-cohesiveness, no static effect and low molecular weight. It is used as an additive in other materials to impart low surface energy and other fluorine polymerization. The property can be uniformly mixed with various substrates, which greatly improves the lubricity, wear resistance, non-stickiness and flame retardancy of the substrate, and significantly improves the performance of the substrate.
It has extremely stable chemical properties and is almost insoluble in strong acid and alkali strong oxidizing agents and solvents at any concentration, and it does not work even at high temperatures. Only in the molten alkali metal or its ammonia solution, chlorine trifluoride and elemental fluorine will act on it, but only at high temperatures.
