Disodium hydrogen phosphate manufacturer
Disodium phosphate
Product Name: Disodium hydrogen phosphate
Alias: disodium phosphate dihydrate; disodium hydrogen phosphate dodecahydrate
Molecular formula: Na2HPO4·12H2O
Molecular weight: 358.14
CAS No.: 10039-32-4
Uses: Used in the production of detergents, lithographic dyes for printing and dyeing. Used as a stabilizer for hydrogen peroxide drift in the printing and dyeing industry. It is a raw material for the manufacture of sodium cocarbonate and other phosphates, and is also an incubator for MSG, erythromycin, penicillin, streptomycin and sewage biochemical treatment products. Also used in electroplating, food processing, as a quality improver.
Physical and chemical properties:
Colorless monoclinic crystal or white powder. The relative density is 1.52. Dissolved in water, the aqueous solution is weakly alkaline, the pH of the 1% aqueous solution is 8.8-9.2; insoluble in alcohol. At 35.1 ° C, 5 crystal waters were melted and lost. It is easy to weather in the air. At room temperature, about 5 crystal waters are lost in the air to form the heptahydrate. When heated to 100 ° C, all the crystal water is lost to form an anhydrate. At 250 ° C, it turns into sodium pyrophosphate. Carefully dry under 34 ° C to obtain a white powder of disodium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate.
Packing, storage and transportation: Packed in woven bags lined with polyethylene plastic bags, each bag has a net weight of 25kg/50kg. It should be stored in a cool, ventilated and boring warehouse. The package should be sealed and protected from moisture. Protect from rain and sun when transporting. Be careful when handling and avoid damage to the packaging. In case of fire, use water, sand and carbon dioxide fire extinguishers to save.
